Ohio National Guard Scholarship Program

(Four Year College, Two Year College, University, Vocational/Occupational/Scholarship)

Purpose: Scholarships are for undergraduate studies at an approved Ohio postsecondary institution. Applicants must enlist for six years of Selective Service Reserve Duty in the Ohio
National Guard. Scholarship pays 100% instructional and general fees for public institutions and an average of cost of public schools is available for private schools. Must be 18 years of age or older. Award is renewable. Deadlines: July 1, November 1, February 1, April 1. Qualif.: Applicant must be: age 18 or older. High school students not considered. Award available to U.S. citizens. Award available to members of the following branches of the military: Air National Guard, Army National Guard.

German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) Deutschlandjahr Scholarships for Graduating Seniors

(Scholarship)

Purpose: Scholarships available to U.S. and Canadian citizens who are about to complete their bachelor's degree. Only students in their senior year of undergraduate study may apply.
Recipients will be required to enroll at a German public institution of higher education and complete at least two scheine per semester. Must have a good command of German. Scholarship is open to students in all fields except medicine. The award is 8200 Euros; part of which is intended for travel expenses, and the rest given in monthly increments.
